I managed to lag into the place on map that u shouldnt be able to be

I was going from ghostland to plaguelands and i managed to end up in i think dungeon. Now i cant move from there, cant respawn, cant do anything.

Hello. Repair your character in the Control panel.

  Note:

To repair character, need to exit game. If your character was not in the recreation area i.e. in the capital of the faction (Alliance or Horde), the sanctuary (for example, Dalaran) and you left the game not using the "Logout" button, you will have to wait 1-2 minutes after each such exit from the game for the character repair in Control panel, otherwise it will be written that the character is still in the game.
