Hello. Try the following:

1. Open command prompt and type: ipconfig /flushdns and press Enter

(try running the launcher again).

2. Open the game folder, open the config.json file with Notepad, then where the line "PreferredApiHostIndex" is, change its value from zero to 1

(try running the launcher again).

3. Start the VPN and then the launcher.
