Missing all profession skills after transfer

After transfer from Stormforge, I noticed I am missing all professions even if i am 600/600.

"Professions will not be lost!
After transfer your character
will receive same professions
at skill level it had on previous server
(with exception of learned recipes)."  So how do I learn all the skills again? I went to trainer and I cannot learn anything that i've already learnt with previous server???   I want to cut all the gems and enchants missing after transfer but cannot learn the skill....

in xfun realm there is a npc that gives u professions to lvl 600 with all skills learned, for free, and you can switch them up anytime you want
