Paladin spell: Holy shock extremely low damage [EN]

Holy shock: Holy Shock

 

Description:

The heal is working fine, but the damage is bugged, it does low damage

 

How it must work:

i'm level 11 there, and it does 10 points

it should do at my level 50 points of damage (according to wowhead) but it only do 8-10 points.

and it doesn't stack with my level.

 

right now i'm level 18 and i still do 15-17 points. (it should do 58-62 points of damage)

Priority of the problem:

i can say it's a 9 because that spell is important for holy paladins to level, we aren't dps, thats why we need that spell to do damage.
