The maximum health points are increased but it does not give the health if you are lower than 100% Basically how it works on pandawow : 15.000(15%)/100.000(100%) -> 15.000(15%)/120.000(120%) Explanation of how it works on retail : If i use Cry on 15k(15%) than it should give me +20% health so 15.000(15%)-> 35.000(35%) (100.000 Total Health) 30.000(10%)-> 90.000(30%) (300.000 Total Health) 25.000(5%)-> 125.000(25%) (500.000 Total Health) Video : Pandawow http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=mWe0luk3Jd0 I made a mistake in this video with the counting/maths part cuz i added 9k + second wind heal . but you will see what i mean once you check the video Retail http://youtu.be/1-fr_b2Q9T0?t=1m46s you can see Ripsoul the warrior was on 20k -> rallying cry-> 125k It is a lifesaver in 99% of the situations if you need any other proof about this just let me know !
