2. Date tested : 9.2.14

3.How it should work : It should bounce between the monk who casts it and the monk's target.

4.How it works ? : It bounces between everything that is targetable in monk's sight,hitting the enemy target just ONCE,making it completely useless.

5.Priority - 10 , because it's a crucial damaging ability for all WW Monks.

Confirmed in the retail PTR ; my chi wave report is VALID and should be taken care of ASAP.
