Problems with my character transfer

i have send three char request only two have arrive in lvl 90 but mi hunter is lvl 1

and when i try to enter its say rename the char and i cant rename it

llegaron al 90 el guerrero y el paladin.

el cazador me llego a nivel 1 y ningun

personaje me deja entrar me dice que lo renombre. pero se queda en renombrando...

I have sending request 3 characters and they came 2 lvl 90 warrior and paladin.

My hunter came me lvl 1 and not allow me to rename it, please if you can help me with this problem
