Druid Spells - Aquatic Form, Clearcasting

Hello. I want to report 2 druid bugs. One of them is http://www.db.pandawow.me?spell=1066 , the swim speed dosn't work when you ar in this from. The other bug is http://www.db.pandawow.me?spell=16870 , this passive spell is increasing up to the buffs, but it's not working. I hope some one will take a look and fix this spells. Thanks.
