Well i'm lagging ingame on all realms, i've asked some russians and they're not lagging, i'm from Croatia, i've checked my connection and there is no problems.

Your problem could be:

 

- A malware in your computer. Solution: use some anti-malware to check your computer.

- A neighbor stealing your internet. Solution: change the password in your router.

- A problem with your ISP (Internet Service Provider). Solution: contact your ISP.

Oh and do you maybe have some secondary realmlist?

Well, trace route says that it breaks somewhere in France, so i guess that's the problem.

It happens mostly during evening.

Nothing is wrong with my ISP, as my brother posted, yeah it breaks somewhere in France. It's really sad that i can't play at the evenings. I mostly do arenas then but it's not even playable now.

As you can see there is a problem with 2 IPs probably located in France. I tried to ping constatly and play, there was a drastical change with lag being decreased but it's still unplayable.
