2. Balance BUFF *** Your Wrath, Starfire, and Starsurge casts have a 8% chance to cause your next Astral Communion to instantly grant 100 Lunar or Solar Power.

 

That buff is bugged. dont do the astral Communion Instantly give you 100 lunar power or Solar.

 

 

3. Should make the Astral Communion give you 100 point of any lunar or solar power.

Aessina's blessing grants a benefit which varies by your combat specialization.

Balance
Your Wrath, Starfire, and Starsurge casts have a 8% chance to cause your next Astral Communion to instantly grant 100 Lunar or Solar Power.

Feral
Your finishing moves grant 4 Energy per combo point.

Guardian
Mangle (Bear) now generates 30% more Rage and deals 15% more damage.

Restoration
You gain 100% haste for your next spell when you cast Swiftmend.
