2. Description of the problem.

- The eye can't fly in the world such as azeroth, pandaria, northrend and outland. After adding the glyph, don't have 50% speed

3.How it must work.

- I tested this in The Jade Forest zone. After adding the glyph and casted Eye of Kilrogg - http://www.db.pandawow.me?spell=126 the eye should be able to fly only in zones which allows that and have 50% speed. Also Eye of Kilrogg should be allowed to cast Demonic Circle: Summon - http://www.db.pandawow.me?spell=48018
