- This enchant right now hitting the player who have the enchant, not the enemy.

- Must hit the enemy ONLY! The damage must be fixed as title says "Permanently enchants a melee weapon to sometimes inflict 2775 to 3225 additional Elemental damage when dealing damage with spells and melee attacks."
