Description of the problem. - It doesn't have proc, at 5.0.5 patch this enchant was working, but didn't had a cooldown at that time. 3.How it must work. - Must have this proc/buff Jade Spirit - http://www.db.pandawow.me?spell=104993 and have a 50 seconds cooldown. 4.Date when you tested it. - 27.02.2014 5.Realm (x100/x10/Fun). - x100 and x10 6.Priority of the problem. - 10/10
