2. Description of the problem.

- Not sure which is ID spell is for horde and alliance fraction. At 5.0.5 patch before these spells we're worked (both teleport and portal).

3.How it must work.

- Don't know which ID is for horde and which is for alliance (need tests). Also The this portal must be added to this thing
