How it works : It bounces between everything in sight,making it totally useless,hitting your target just once.

Priority : 9/10 .this bug is stopping me from playing monk.

Correction: It should bounce between you and your enemies only in a duel.

I'm pretty sure it bounces between you and your target in WW and BW spec.

+1 the chi wave system is like Soul said and only bunces to other targets if they have lower HP then 100%(1-99%)
