The waittime for tickets is crazy, i know there like 5k+ ppl online most of the time. But please get us some more GM`s and ofcourse Russian/English speaking GM´s. If my ticket gets answerd overnight and nothing is written in there its kinda strange.... so i have to open it again. And wait again so maybe a GM will talk to me, if he ...... does.

 

So please i beg, give us some more GM´s. :cry:
