[Mage] Spell: Frost Armor

1. Frost Armor

2. Does not gives the 7% spell haste. When I switch armors there is no change in % for spell haste i character info.

3. Must give 7% spell haste.

It works, it shouldn't be displayed in stats.

Check cast time on spell tooltip, it's okay. So closed.
