- It doesn't gives mana but has buff.

3.How it must work.

- Buff - http://www.db.pandawow.me?spell=5405

- Need correction of gaining mana over time. Must be affected by Nether Attunement - http://www.db.pandawow.me?spell=117957 and Incanter's Ward - http://www.db.pandawow.me?spell=1463 "Passive:

Increases spell damage by 6% and increases mana regeneration by 65%. This effect is deactivated while Incanter's Ward is on cooldown."

Was fixed i think. It gives a mana, but doesnt showing in combat log (visual bug).
