Name of not working spell/quest/npc. - [Mage] [spell] Brilliant Mana Gem - http://www.db.pandawow.me?item=81901 ; Glyph of Mana Gem - http://www.db.pandawow.me?item=42749 ; 2. Description of the problem. - It has a buff but don't restore mana over time even with and without the glyph. 3.How it must work. - When these glyphs beign applied Glyph of Mana Gem - http://www.db.pandawow.me?item=42749 ; Glyph of Loose Mana - http://www.db.pandawow.me?item=42735 then the mage creates http://www.db.pandawow.me?item=81901 and use it this buff must appear Replenish Mana - http://www.db.pandawow.me?spell=119313 near to others buffs and obviously must restore mana over time. Also need to be affected by Nether Attunement - http://www.db.pandawow.me?spell=117957 and Incanter's Ward - http://www.db.pandawow.me?spell=1463 - Passive: Increases spell damage by 6% and increases mana regeneration by 65%. This effect is deactivated while Incanter's Ward is on cooldown. 4.Date when you tested it. - 05.03.2014 5.Realm (x100/x10/Fun). - x100 ; x10 ; Fun 6.Priority of the problem. - 3/10
