Great transmogryph item missing.

Hi! First of all, I really love your server. Now, this is my issue:

As someone who played since TBC, I always loved Tier 5 set, Deathmantle. So of course, I wanted to transmogryph items into tier 5. But, there is one problem. The Lurker Below, who is supposed to drop boots from tier 5 transmogryph set, isn't working. You have to fish him, but fishing is denied in SSC.

Well, I found out that there is a recipe from leatherworking which looks exactly the same: http://www.db.pandawow.me?item=30306/pattern-boots-of-utter-darkness

But here's the second problem. I've done all SSC and TK mobs, and it didn't drop. I find it awkward, as long as every other recipe with same droprate, drops almost once a minute.

I would have voted to get any of these items, but they're not on site.

So please, dear game master, make a favour for everyone who is Tier 5 fan, and either make Lurker work, or check if http://www.db.pandawow.me?item=30306/pattern-boots-of-utter-darkness has any droprate in SSC or TK.

I know it drops in TK or SSC, that's why i cleared both instances, but recipe didn't drop...

 

Edit: The recipe drops, found it at AH today. Still, the Lurker Below from SSC isn't working :D
