Feat of Strength Question

Hello, I am new to this server and I would like to know where people get these following feats of strength and if they are still available to obtain. These are :Gaudy Winter Veil Sweater (Proud owner of the 2011 Vintage Winter Veil gift, the Gaudy Winter Veil Sweater.) , Red Rider Air Rifle (Proud owner of the 2009 Vintage Winter Veil gift, the Red Rider Air Rifle.), MiniZep Controller (Proud owner of the 2010 Vintage Winter Veil gift, the MiniZep Controller.) I've seen these FoS on a number of people so I was wondering how they did get them. I was unlucky in getting any of the people to respond because some were Russian and some didn't seem to care (or replied with offensive language.)
