"Hello GM's! I want justice! Please perm ban Rampa beacuse he is hacker!" then GM's should ban you even when i gave no reason?

Well. It all depends on their spec's/pets. All 3 of those classes can disarm with certain specializations/pets. So being disarmed 3x makes sense.

i wrote reason disarm cd is 45 second he cant disarm me 4 times in 2 minute.he needs at least 240 sec ....not 120 sec

You can say what you want, but that is not sufficient to ban a player. You need material evidence, for example, a video or a image where we can see clearly the abuse.
