durham Posted March 22, 2014 Share Posted March 22, 2014 Name : Controlled Root Date tested : 21-03-2014 How it works : Diminishing returns or DRs, when talking about PvP, are usually connected to CC (Crowd Control), and makes it so that you're not able to spam CC on a target, and thereby keep them CC'ed forever.
