Cannot log in! Please help!

Hello! Here is my problem .. i was playing today as usual questing in peace when the server dced twice.. after the second crash i was not able to log in the game and whenever i type my account name and password it shows me this.

Please let me know what is going on because i have no idea how to fix it.

Do reload the client/internet.

Just try again, if still not working restart your internet and client and if necessary restart the computer.
