I was just wondering if Timeworn Shadowtooth Faceguard (id: 102348) is in the game database.

I have killed more than 500 mobs and got the rest of the gear, but the head just won't drop.

I am sure it is. Look how much it droped, so very little. It's a very rare drop, you have to keep on trying to get it. If you don't want to farm it, you can request for adding it for donation in the control panel here.
