1.for bugs report you just wait your turn like all others players do. till the dev.team fix the bugs we can't do much than wait.

2.for the first ticket "this update suck balls..." http://i.imgur.com/8G9DDJy.jpg (ticket ID 2253) I ask you polite to control your vocabulary in the future

3.for the second ticket (http://i.imgur.com/PsjO5x6.jpg) (ticket ID 2254) I ask you polite to chill out and mute you for 120 min. Why? because maybe this way you can go outside, drink a soda with your friends and in the future be more polite with Staff Members.

Disrespecting the server or a Staff Member just because you are in a bad mood, found a bug or have your character killed is not acceptable. Playing in bad mood is already a wrong thing to do. Do not expect forgiveness if you are caught insulting the Server or any of its Staff Members. This is valid anywhere, not just when talking directly to a Staff member. If you have any complaints about a staff member, feel free to send a private message to his/her superior. There is no need to open a public thread for it.

how long should wait? even the server/realm had an update already? do you have any idea how important these quests are for the players and for the server? this quest a big key which unlocks other quests of the chain to continue forward and achieve the cloud riding skill for the serpents. another thing is that if this will be fixed other players will donate for the server to buy some of these cloud serpents if not the server won't recieve money because that skill isn't working and the player can't get it - especially mounts

yeah this update is a fake and as i said: latest update suck balls and that won't be changed until the quest is fixed
