Lost 2 items, or 150k worth of items..?

I bought out 2 living steel items for 50,000g each, and created 2 x Living Steel Belt Buckle and put them on the auction house for 70k (Buy out) each. I set the timer to 12 hours. 2 days have passed, and I haven't received any gold, nor have I received the items I put on the auction house back. I'd like to request either get sent to me (If that's possible), since I've lost 100,000g worth.

Additionally, I received a mail some time ago with a "Large Brown Sack" and when I withdrew it from my mailbox, I lost 10,000g randomly..?

 

Я выкупил 2 Жилая предметы стали для 50000 г каждая, и создал 2 х Живая сталь пряжки ремня и положил их на аукционе за 70k (выкупа) каждый. Я установить таймер на 12 часов. 2 дня прошло, а я не получил ни золота, ни я получил детали я положил на аукционе назад. Я хотел бы просить либо посылают мне (если это возможно), так как я потерял 100 000 г стоит.
