very annoying visual bug: mages ROOT, war ROOT, tailoring ROOT

root effects appear x10 bigger than they should, it is very annoying in pvp, happens with mage/war/tailoring, not sure if more

happens in xfun realm, duel zone and battlegrounds

prio 6/10 very annoying visually whenever it happens
