What is the fastest way to get a lot of valor points?Almost all quests give only 5 valor points and I think that the dungeons are bugged.I was in a dungeon and the boss was buged.He was untargetable

If you wanna PvE I recommend you to in this case get PvP gear and gem and reforge them in to the stats you need so it's best suitable for PvE the dungeons are not bugged some of them works but since the only HC dungeon I know of (Gate of the Setting Sun) where the first boss is the only one that works it's pretty hard to get VP. Tho when you gear the way I said you can be able to run MSV and get tokens and VP, if your interested to join a raid team contact me in game and join our guild :)
