You can reach 1 M+ HP with buffs and some other things like

- Gear: full tyrannical/grevious gear

- Flasks/Elexirs/Potions: Flask of the Earth

- Reforge: not sure if it's possible to reforge some stats for stamina but if it's possible that would be big benefit for a tanky warlock which can't do damage

- Enchants/Profession: Enchant Chest - Superior Stamina + 2x Enchant Ring - Greater Stamina or 2x Solid Serpent's Eye or Fur Lining - Stamina + Heavy Leg Reinforcements + Enchant Cloak - Greater Protection + extra socket for stamina gem Living Steel Belt Buckle or Toughness

- Gems: Austere Primal Diamond or Effulgent Primal Diamond or Powerful Primal Diamond and other gems should be these Solid River's Heart

- Buffs: Dark Intent , Power Word: Fortitude , Commanding Shout

- Warlock skills:

* Method 1: use Summon Voidwalker and then use this ability of the pet Voidwalker: Shadow Bulwark

or

* Method 2: learn Grimoire of Supremacy then use Summon Voidlord i'm not sure if voidlord have shadow bulwark like as voidwalker

or

- Method 3: use Summon Voidwalker and then use Grimoire of Sacrifice

- Method 4: use Summon Imp then use Summon Imp and activate blood pact

- Method 5: learn Grimoire of Supremacy then use Summon Fel Imp and activate blood pact
