Hello, Im new on the server, and I just created a Warrior, I see every lvl 90 Warrios using Juggernaut as lvl 15 Talent, but I tried to use it and after the 12 secs, I still have to wait till I use the ability, it says that the ability is not ready yet, and I can only use it after 20 secs... Anyway I can solve it ?
