okay but shall it be fixed?or siege of orgrimmar?what happens with the raid and pve items?shall they be fixed?

Siege of Orgrimmar still requires work (probably), however they've recently implemented Terrace of Endless Springs, Heart of Fear, and Mogu'Shan Vaults, as well as LFR (apparently). I'm assuming Throne of Thunder will be next, and finally Siege of Orgrimmar.

If Throne of Thunder IS to be implemented, then we should be capable of getting the cape. :-)
