1 - Frost mage Mastery http://db.pandawow.me?spell=76613

2 - You said that you fixed , but this is not true . Mastery Doesnt work on FROZEN TARGETS , when i try use Icicles on Frozen target they disappear dealing no DMG

3 - should work like on this video

4 - 2014-11-04 and today

5 - 100x realm

6 - 10 - because MASTERY is most important for all classes

Edit: 15-04-2014

Icicles sometimes firing without using Ice Lance

Renamed and redesigned in 5.4.

The original PTR design caused them to double dip on Resil. This no longer happens. A 100k cast will only hit for 28k (Assuming 72% resil), however your Icicle will be based off of the unmodified value. So if you have, say, 30% Mastery, Your 100k cast will hit for 28k and generate an Icicle for 30k that will hit for 8.4k against that same target later on.

You can build up to 5 charges. If you generate a 6th, the oldest will automatically be launched at your current target, ensuring that none are wasted.

When activated via Ice Lance, they begin firing. The time between Icicles is modified by your Haste. (There is no GCD floor to this as they fire passively.)

Also important to note: While they are indirectly boosted by Crit, they cannot Crit on their own. If they were generated by a critical strike, the damage will already be higher to reflect that, similar to Ignite.

Nice copy and paste but can you understand that they (icicles) disappear dealing no DMG when i try use on FROZEN TARGETS ?

Basicly if you have 5 iciclies for example 5x frostbolt for 25000 this is 7000-8000 dmg into frozen target or no only if you crit with frostbolt or frostfire bolt you can hit with iciclies more iciclies dont have crit chance you cant crit with iciclies thats all so

crit frostbolt or frostfire bolt you can give you more dmg with iciclies

in the end you do the same damage, this is a minor bug and there are more imporant stuff to fix on mages such as fingers of frost increasing ice lance dmg by 25% or pet/mirrors breaking cc's or even orb's movement.

it works fine for me and btw, icicles are not supposed to crit, they already benefit from damage if frostbolt critted, that video is just wrong. i would be glad if pvp power affecting heals and shield was fixed.. not this minor thing, this isn't even one of teh critical mage bugs.
