How it works : Sometimes you don't gain http://www.db.pandawow.me?spell=144389 buff at 15 minutes. Sometimes 1 player gets http://www.db.pandawow.me?spell=144389 and the other one doesn't. Also player with lowest hp isn't displayed in arena HUD.

How it should work : It should always grant http://www.db.pandawow.me?spell=144389 at 15 minute to team should award team that brought enemy player closest to death.

 

btw I know that you are currently working on Dampening but this could be fixed too.
