Description of the problem: The quest ask you to cast Seal of Command and then to hit a training dummy, but when you hit it with the spell activate, the quest not count it. 3.How it must work: Simply the quest-log, after the hit on the training dummy, should count it and it should give you the credit for the quest. 4.Date: 16/04/2014 5.Realm: 10x 6.Priority of the problem: 3. Is not so important. The only problem is that after lvl 24 you cannot complete it anymore, becouse the Seal of Command will be replaced with the Seal of Truth that ofc is not elegible to complete the quest.
