Starsurge low damage in eclipse (Mastery problem).

As you can see the damage of starsurge without eclipse is 77k and its normal [ATTACH=CONFIG]31133[/ATTACH] : 27,364k spell power x238.8% +4970 (promedium) = 70,315 +10%(70,315 its normal damage but with moonkin form has a plus of 10%)=77k. ok at this moment everything is perfect but with eclipse (with my mastery wich is 27%) it should be 77k + 27% (77k)=97k , but in this picture you can see how it is bugged [ATTACH=CONFIG]31134[/ATTACH] just 89k instead 97k.

I would say 9/10 because boomkins need more damage , and the mastery fix will be enough
