Shaman ELE mastery - overload! low dmg!

1. Name of not working spell/quest/npc etc:

2. Description of the problem:

Elemental overload should do 75% of the spell - it apears it deals around 45 to 55 max % of that spell. For exaple i Lightning bolt Crit - 27k dummy and i get 17k Crit from mastery (and if its 75% should do 20k at least)

 

3. How it must work:

Overload should do 75% of the spell damage (consider if lava burst is overloaded it always crit - tooltip -> http://www.db.pandawow.me?spell=51505/lava-burst )

 

 

4. Date when you tested it:

23/04/14

 

5. Realm (x100/x5/Fun):

Realm x100

 

6. Priority of the problem:

8/10 (i consider that high priority first of it is mastery about second of it is all about damage - which means nerf for eles)
