Big problem - Lava burst + mastery! with pic

2. Description of the problem:

Lava burst is always critical strike (tooltip discription), BUT when procs double from mastery - the proced lava burst is not critical

 

3. How it must work:

lava burst is always critical under all Circumstances.

 

4. Date when you tested it:

23/04/14

 

5. Realm (x100/x5/Fun):

Realm x100

 

6. Priority of the problem:

I believe priority is 7/10 (trying not to be affected by myself playing elemental)

2. Here is Blizzard player - you can see clearly with MSBT addon - when he has proc of mastery(in addon it shows "Lava burst 2 Crits" - this is how u recodnize when he has mastery proc) - Always both lava burst shots Crit:

The procced Lava Burst is always critical for me on FUN. Also, when you dont have clearcasting up, the LvB that procced even does more damage, than the original
