rogue vs druid bear form

Hi I wanna ask you is it possible rogue to kill druid while in bear form?Because I was on BG and there was an druid with full tyrannical gear and 4-5 Grievous items and it was impossible to kill him while he was in bear form.I'm 509 rogue and I deal good damage.
