problemas con mi mago

Subi a mi mago al 90 junto a una amiga. y justo cuando subi en el chat aparecio que habia aprendido el portal y el teletransporte a ciudad santuario, el caso es que no lo veia por ninguna parte, mi amiga puede hacer portales a esa ciudad pero yo no. Despues de tanto indagar llegue a comprobar que siempre que cambio de especializacion a ver si alguna lo aprendia... lo aprendo... pero segun lo aprendo lo olvido.. es decir.. en el chat del juego se puede leer que aprendo el teletransporte y el portal y justo debajo pone que lo olvido.

Hace ya varios dias que pedi ayuda sobre este tema y nadie me ha respondido. No se si es que los responsables del juego no se pasan por el foro, o que, pero he puesto varias cosas que me han pasado y desde hace dias no recibo contestacion ninguna.

Se que habra mucha gente con problemas dudas y demas... pero llevo desde el dia 26 de abril esperando y dia a dia me decepciono al ver que nadie me contesta. Pregunto diariamente por el comercio haber si hay algun gm conectado y nunca recibo contestacion. No se que hacer ya para que me resuelvan los problemas.
