Dk disease AoE

Unholy dk's disease should do 100% damage to the off targets unlike atm its doing 50%, i'm aware it was like this in cataclysm untill you spec'ed into a talent that made them do the original damage , but in mop this is not the case and disease should do full damage to other targets.
