Voting problems

For several days now I cannot vote on the website's control panel. I can only vote for the top link mmovote.ru, but when I click on any of the five other ones it always says, "With this IP address, today have already voted in this rating." I have tried to vote everyday, but it always has given me this error and I have NOT gained any bonuses for voting.

I also am having problems with the voting. I enter my username and password in the control panel then enter the security code. once I have done this and clicked enter im back to square one whre I have to input username password and security code again. this is all I get all the time so it will not enable me to vote

did you vote on any outer game site, like outer private server or something like this?

This is the site I joined: http://cp.pandawow.ru/en/signin.html. when I click on control panel and enter username, password and security code then click enter it goes back to step 1 where I have to enter username, password and security code again and I can repeat these steps for ages. if I click on voting I have the same problem.

i have found out that it was internet explorer that is the problem. i have now swapped to google chrome and things seem to work
