Ok so first what i want to say is idk why gm/devs broken cata/raids on pandawow but anyway k

1. First way is Bastion Of twilight 25hc alll bosses 35 per boss so 5 bosses 175 valor point

2. Second way is Timeless isle qwest for valor point Path of the Mistwalker , Empowering the Hourglass

3. Third way is 3 rare elites on Throne of thunder droped items who give you 15 valor point first npc Ku'lai the Skyclaw 12H spawn , Goda 24 h spawn , God-Hulk Ramuk 12h spawn

4. Fourth and last way is any random daily qwest in pandaria so many on throne of thunder shadow pan etc
