stuns and paralytic poison

Hello, http://www.db.pandawow.me?spell=108215/paralytic-poison don't stack sometimes. I fight with an normal Ellite in Isle of Thunder and I fought with him 1 minute and my http://www.db.pandawow.me?spell=108215/paralytic-poison didn't apply . And by the way sometimes my stuns don't work sometimes.I use cheap shot or kidney show and It don't stun enemies...just consumes energy and don't stun the enemy.I'm sure that it's not dodged or missed.It happens sometimes , but it's important and it must be fixed
