I just bought Test - Holy Avenger on website, it does not appear on the transmog npc...

werent monster weapons fixed? I want to transmog this sword, I have premium mog

The fact that you are not able to add https://db.pandawow.me/?item=85496 in your collection is expected. Members of the team agreed to not include items with such noticable visuals in the collection while work on collection update was ongoing.

Everything you see in-game in your collection list can be collected and used as transmog. Everything you do not see (like this item) is expected to not be collectable. Item will be removed from transmog category in the shop tomorrow
