I would like to get my character back.I deleted it but now I regret.If you guys can give it back I would be gratefull.

The only way for you to get it back is via control panel for vote-bonuses:

1. PandaWoW
   
2. control panel
   
3. authorize
   
4. select an appropriate realm
   
5. deleted characters
