Bug of Balance Druid in Fun Kingdom

Hi game masters and programers, I want to report a bug to have with my Druid HZERO in the FUN kingdom, I have probelms when the effect of Shooting Stars (http://www.db.pandawow.me?spell=93400/estrellas-fugaces#..) When the effect active and cast the spell starsurge (http://www.db.pandawow.me?spell=78674/oleada-de-estrellas) and at the same tame other effect have place, the cd of starsurge don´t restar, and all efects of Shooting Stars that happend when the cd of starsurge is run don´t restar the spell, all of this effects lose it, please if can fix this bug balance druids lose much damage. Thanks for all and good work with the server : )
