2. You should be able to learn it by making pots, flasks, elixirs or transmuts. But after make over 300 things still didn't get it.

3. Creating any thing from pandaria alchemy give you chance to discover it.

6. 8/10 It's problematic to make living steel cos its force us to make 1 per day.

+100. It seems that only goblins can learn it, from what i've heard. It would be nice to get a hotfix. Also this can be seen in the x100 server.
