It just procs useless buff, which doesnt add anything . How it must work : gain 931 critical strike every 0.5sec , stacking up to 20 times Date when you tested it : 13.5.2014 Realm (x100/x5/Fun) : FUN Priority of the problem: ∞ !! HAVE A NICE DAY !
