Warglaives transmog, how? :s

I have a big question for you, how do you transmog the Warglaives of Azzinoth? I mean, you can't normally because they're legendaries but I still see many people using them as a transmog. And every time I'm asking someone, he says: "Fuck off, nub." or "Give me your acc infos and I'll do it for you". So, I don't really wanna give a random guy my account infos, I'm just hoping to see a nice person who can show it to me :)

It is done by the use of cheat engine, yet EXPLAINING some one how to preform an exploit is a bannable offense. Therefor no one is allowed to explain you how to do it, else there is a ban following as penalty.

So cheat engine is not bannable ? my question is for legendary items i know you are able to use it but if we say you have an item for another class are you allowed to use CE to xmog it?
